    In last hours of summer transfer window, "Super Lig" 2019-20 winners Istanbul Basaksehir FK have bring`d a big reinforcement to their rows, known name in Turkish football, Brasilian star Giuliano.

    Contract is signed on three years, till june 2023. 

    Giuliano comes from Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr FC, where he has played with big successes for last two seasons (total stats: 58 caps, 12 assists,19 goals). With Al-Nassr he has won championship title (season 2018-19), and Saudi "Super Cup" trophy (2019-20).

    Full name Giuliano Victor de Paula was born 30 years ago in Brazilian city of Curitiba. Product of youth academy Parana Clube, plays on attacking midfielder position, has debuted in senior football on a 02 November 2009 in shirt of SC International.

    As a promising young star moved to Europe, to ambitious Ukraine team Dnipro, where he has stayed four seasons (108 caps, 18 assists, 19 goals). Returned back to Brasilian football on winter 2014, this time to Gremio and made there 75 games, 10 assists, 11 goals. Next team in Giuliano career was Zenit St.Petersburg and again he was amazing (total: 42 games, 13 assists, 17 goals). Season 2017-18 and start of 2018-19 he has played on high level for Fenerbahce SK, with total numbers of 37 games, 06 assists and 16 goals.

    Biggest personal achievement in his career is 2016-17 UEFA Europa League "Top scorer" title, with 08 goals in shirt of Russian Zenit St.Petersburg. Giuliano biggest team success was with Brazilian SC International and their "Copa Libertadores" trophy (2009-10). 

    Debuted for Brasil "A" team on 07 October 2010 (friendly game vs Iran 3:0), made 14 caps for his country. For youth U20 Brasil has also 14 games, with 03 goals scored.

    On 05 October 2020, football web-site "Transfermarkt" has estimated player market value on 9,000,000.00 euros.

    Big challenges wait Giuliano and his new team Basaksehir, first one is to defend Turkey champions title, second is to represent country well in very tough "UEFA Champions League" group "H", where they will face amazing opponents: Paris SG, Manchester United and RB Leipzig.
