Great Brazilian defender moves from Udinese Calcio

Rodrigo Becao, one of the best rated defenders of Italian "Serie A", has moved to Fenerbahce SK.

Contract is signed till the June 2028.

27 years old central defender, tall 191 cm, effective and dominant in the air, right footed, very strong in ground duels and tackling.

In previous four seasons Rodrigo Becao (full name: Rodrigo Nascimento Franca Becao) was a member of Udinese Calcio, with total stats: 130 caps, 03 assists, 06 goals.

In 2022-23 in shirt of Italian team he has made: 28 appearances, 01 assist, 02 goals scored, 11 yellow cards, 01 red, 2,487 minutes spent on pitch.

By "EA Sports", he was voted as one of best league players for the Month September 2022, together with Min-Jae Kim (Napoli), Merih Demiral (Atalanta), Theo Hernandez (Milan) and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio).

Product of Brazilian Esporte Clube Bahia (2009-2016), debuted for their senior team on November 2015.

Season 2018-19 he has spent as loaned player in Russian CSKA Moscow. Made there also 06 caps (540 minutes on pitch) on UEFA Champions League group stage games (vs Victoria Plzen, Real Madrid and AS Roma).

With EC Bahia he has won in "Baiano 1" championship (2018) and in "Copa do Nordeste" (2017). With CSKA he has "Super Cup" trophy (2018-19).

By "Transfermarkt" player market value on this July 2023 is evaluated on 10,000,000 euros.
