ILIC GETS CALLED FOR SERBIA NATIONAL SQUAD

    As confirmation of great performed season, invitation from Serbia national team coach Dragan Stojkovic has arrived on Ilic address

    Marko will join Serbia squad for UEFA Nations League games: Serbia - Norway (02 June), Serbia - Slovenia (05 June), Sweden - Serbia (09 June) and Slovenia - Serbia (12 June).

    In previous two seasons Marko has established him self as one of best rated goalkeepers in Belgium "Pro League".

    As member of KV Kortrijk, in season 2021-22, he has achieved 32 caps, with 42 goals conceded, 08 clean sheets and 2880 minutes spent on pitch.

    Several times he was voted to the league round best 11 team, by fans he was also voted as best player of the month.

    This is not first time that Marko will wear national team jersey, he has debuted for Serbia year ago on a friendly match played in Japan (Serbia vs Jamaica 1:1). Also he was a member of "A" team on a FIFA World Cup qualification matches played in September 2021.

    Before "A" team, Marko was a first option in Serbia U21 team (11 games), also in shirt of Serbia U19, U18, U17 and U16 he has achieved 18 caps.
